Any incident occurring whilst on the water at NRC should be reported through the use of the Boat Log System set up on the tablet within the shed. 

All other incident should be reported through the incident form including those occurring during travel to and form the shed and during regattas or training camps. 

An incident may include an accident, collision, capsize or near miss involving injury to a person/s or damage to equipment. 

This form is to be completed as soon as is practicable and will be emailed directly to the NRC health and safety officer.
